Returning items is understandable at times. We're sure you've had this experience at some point. Products can be returned within 30 days after receipt. If a client discovers a flaw in a product, he may return it. The item must be returned to our store. There will be no further fees. Quality and authenticity is one of our top priorities. All of our items have been thoroughly tested and are totally functional. Our items are returnable within 30 days. All of our items are assessed according to their condition. We conduct tests according to tight protocols and an exhaustive checklist.

Note: Refunds will be made once we thoroughly inspect the returned items. If a consumer damages a product or is not in the condition it was supplied with, No warranty can be claimed as the warranty gets void on broken/stolen items.

What are the proper conditions for returning products?

Please click a picture and share it with us if you received your goods with the outer packaging tampered with. Please see the following policy points:

  • Unopened and original packaging must accompany all returned items.
  • The original tags and packaging must be included.
  • We will not accept products that show signs of damage or tampering.
  • We request that you adequately and securely bundle the returned item.

We will not accept any transit damage or loss (For example:- If a complaint was raised for Wrong Product Delivery and the reverse shipment gets damaged in transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not honour replacement).

Please bear in mind that anything purchased during a sale or discount may not be replaced. Replacement/exchange is governed by product/stock availability.

Here's How To Send Your Returns

It is strongly advised that you return the goods to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery (or any monitored carrier). This ensures delivery and provides a tracking number to show your return arrived at our facility if you're using our free return shipping label make sure it's a free and untracked postage label, however, you can use it and get a Postage Receipt from the post office as proof of postage.

To arrange a refund or replacement for defective devices, please contact us at sales@refurbishedphones4u.co.uk. The cost of return mail will be paid or reimbursed by us. We strongly urge you to submit your return using a trackable method.

Returns Are Simple

  • Any issues that arise may be rectified, and all items can be replaced or reimbursed.
  • Customers can return faulty items to us throughout the return period.
  • If you no longer want or desire the goods, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase in the original, unopened packaging.
  • If an item does not match the description, please contact us within 30 days for a free replacement.
  • If a product cannot be returned, the product information page makes this apparent.

REFUNDS

We will execute your refund or exchange after we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for your [return] or [exchange] to be processed after you get your merchandise. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will tell you through email once your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be issued following a thorough examination of the items returned by the consumer. If the customer destroys the things or fails to return them in their original condition, The warranty will be voided in such cases and the customer will not be entitled/authorized to get any compensation, i.e  Replacement/Refund.

You can get your refund in a number of ways, including:

  • The first payment.
  • Credits from the store

The 10% restocking fee for an unwanted item or wrong order placed.

Depreciation costs will also be charged on misused and broken items and in case of a refund on special requests.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

If you are returning an item via mail, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to receive it. Within 3-5 days of receiving the merchandise, we will process the return and begin the reimbursement procedure. After your return has been processed, we will credit your account using the payment method you choose. If you paid by debit or credit card, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for the funds to be put into your account.

Get Refund Protection

If you make a purchase from us and wish to return it for any reason, you get refund protection.

  • It usually takes 3-5 business days to obtain a refund or replacement.
  • We will not refund the whole amount if you purchase brand-new goods and remove their packaging.
  • If the product is out of stock, we will send it to you or refund your money. We'll issue a refund to your account.

If the consumer pays for express shipment or additional postage while purchasing an item, just the item cost will be returned; the extra shipping cost will not be refunded.

NOTE: Our liability does not extend to refunding shipping charges since the courier charges for their services.

If you received the incorrect products, please file a complaint within 24 hours of receipt to begin the refund/replacement process.

How does one go about returning a Seller Warranty Defective/Damaged product?

The return procedure would not change. Please file a complaint within 24 hours after delivery, accompanied by photos of the damaged items and packaging. The replacement will be sent after the return has been verified by Customer Service.

What are the timelines for replacement/refund?

When the items arrive at our warehouse, our Replacement Verification team inspects them. The replacement procedure would begin within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise.

If a replacement is requested, preparations will be made for the free shipping of the new products; however, if the precise product is no longer available, the refund procedure will commence.
