We offer free shipping on all of our products. We transmit your products by Royal Mail tracked 24. Depending on your postcode, the expected delivery time for this service is 24 hours. The Royal Mail delivery hours are:

• Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

How much does shipping cost?

All items orders come with free delivery. If you select next-day delivery, we have some considerations for you; please see the point below:

2. Express Shipping (£0.99): 4-5 working days
3. Express Fast (£1.99): 2-3 working days
4. Express Signed For (£4.99): 1-2 working days
5. Special Delivery (£7.99): Next working day guaranteed

Yes. If you want your products delivered to a different address than your billing address, please fill out all of the information at the checkout. If you select a billing address that differs from the delivery address, we may want additional information regarding your order. Please double-check that all contact information is correct. If our customer service staff needs to contact you for more information, they will email you first.

NOTE: Our liability does not extend to refunding shipping charges since the courier charges for their services.

Order Tracking and Shipment Confirmation

Once your product has been delivered, you will get a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Within 24 hours, the tracking number will be activated.

Once my order has been shipped, will I receive a notification?

We will send you an email once your order has been packed and sent. The courier firm will send you an SMS with a 1-hour time slot on the day of delivery To get an SMS, please make sure you have a cell phone number during checkout.
